Our spacious 3 double bedroom villa is located in Leucate Village in the south of France, between Perpignan and Narbonne, with breathtaking views of the majestic Pyrenees and 10 minutes walk from the Mediterranean. Leucate is a uniquely situated friendly traditional French village and is the ideal place to spend a brilliant holiday.

There are 10 restaurants in the village, within walking distance of the villa, offering delicious local cuisine and wine.

The beaches and local shops are within easy reach.

Leucate is renowned for it’s water sports, therefore there are many activities locally and places of interest to visit within 2 hours drive such as Barcelona, Collioure, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan or Font Romeu.
