Reasonable rent policy

If you find a 3 double bedroom trullo with a pool at a lower rent , please let us know and we will discuss the rent with you,

Each year we do research the local rental market. Our intention is that our rent is reasonable and not an issue to our guests

Deposit: We require a deposit of 25% to secure your booking at the time of your reservation this covers cancellations. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday plus £250/€250 per trullo  as security against any damages to the property.

WE RETURN THE SECURITY DEPOSIT 1 WEEK AFTER YOUR HOLIDAY COMPLETION in Puglia
