Our spacious 3 double bedroom villa is located in Leucate Village in the south of France, between Perpignan and Narbonne, with breathtaking views of the majestic Pyrenees and 10 minutes walk from a beautiful sandy Mediterranean beach. It is not part of a holiday home estate, but nestles unobtrusively in a quiet village, allowing you to experience authentic French living.
Our terraced villa is well appointed and of modern construction and will sleep up to 6 people. It has 3 double bedrooms.
The large open plan lounge/ dinner/kitchen leads directly to the fully enclosed, rear garden, which has views of the lake and sea. The patio style garden, complete with dining table is ideal for al fresco dining and offers a safe environment for children. There is ample parking on the drive or in an allocated space in front of the villa. There is also a1st floor roof, sun terrace with views of the lake and sea.
